1.Counseling

We will ask about the hairstyle that the customer wants. We will propose hairstyles according to the customer’s lifestyle, preferences, face contour, and hair quality that are suitable for style, business, casual or formal occasions and the season.

Customers can bring reference photos, hair catalogs, or smartphone photo images. Please do not hesitate to inform us about any matter, such as “I cannot find a style that fits my style”, “I am concerned about my hair quality and amount”, “What kind of hair style is popular?”, etc. If you leave it to us, we will propose some styles that are suitable for you.

2.Shampoo

We will wash off any styling agent that adhere to your hair as well as dirt or scalp sebum. You can choose among several types of shampoos: normal type, scalp type (cool type), the type to repair hair damage, or a medicated shampoo for damaged scalp.

We usually perform the shampoo application and rinsing procedure in a “crouching position (forward-facing)”, but we can also accommodate a “supine position (backwards-facing)”. Please inform us the position that you prefer.

3.Haircut

We will cut your hair based on your request during the consultation stage. Please do not worry because we will fine-tune the details such as length, volume, texture etc. during the treatment, while confirming the customer’s wish.

During the procedure, you can relax and watch TV, read books or magazines.

4.Nape hair trimming

We will trim your nape hair using a razor blade. For customers with short hair, hair growth and unwanted hair around the neck area is easy to notice. We will shave the area with unwanted hair, such as the back of your neck and the back of your ears, while maintaining the original shape of your hairline. We can also shave based on your request, such as in a natural look or with certain designs based on your hairstyle.

Please choose one between “Shampoo and Massage” or “Facial Pack”.

You can choose either “Shampoo and Massage” that will make you relax or “Facial Pack” to remove black spots in your pores, dead skin, and other problems that cannot be removed by your usual face treatment routine.

5.Shampoo

Customers can choose a regular shampoo or a “massage shampoo (Momi Shan)” to wash your hair before the haircut. “Momi Shan” is a massage shampoo that will make you relax. We will “massage” your head to clean the pores and stimulate the scalp to promote its flexibility. The whole procedure is very relaxing and may make you snooze unintentionally.

6.Face shaving

We will recline your chair and shave your face. First, we will put a warm and moist towel around your face (from your forehead to your eyebrows, sideburns, chees, and around your mouth) to soften the hair. The shaving process will be done while the pores of your skin are open.

We will shave your face carefully and completely, even at places that are normally hard to reach with electric shavers of T-shaped razor blades, such as your forehead, eyebrows, around your eyes, around your cheeks.
The peeling effect will improve your skin radiance.

*Please inform us if you prefer not to shave your eyebrows or sideburns.

Facial Pack

This treatment is for customers who choose “Facial Pack” from the “Shampoo and Massage” or “Facial Pack” option.

We will apply a facial pack on your face, attach an eye mask and leave them on for 3 minutes. This treatment will cleanse dirt, dead skin, and other problems that cannot be easily removed by regular treatment. The facial pack that will tighten your skin also provides a soothing effect to your facial muscles. This treatment is highly recommended for customers who have skin fatigue or puffy face. Please try it.

7. Application of facial cream

After shaving, we will apply a face cream softly to calm your skin from the tingling feeling. The cream will keep your skin healthy by providing moisture and preventing drying after shaving.

8. Shoulder and scalp massage

We will apply a scalp tonic on your scalp after shampoo and provide a finger massage on the head, neck, and shoulder for you to relax. We will adjust the pressure according to your preference.

9. Styling

We will dry your hair using a hair dryer and arrange it in your desired hairstyle using a styling agent. We will brush off the fine hairs from your body and complete the treatment. We will provide some explanations on how to style your hair at home easily and please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
